To comply with the latest Government restrictions, from Thursday 5th November our workshop will once again be closed to the public and we’ll be reverting to our completely contactless collection/return service only.
We will be following our Covid Secure plan to keep our workforce and customers safe. The following measures have been implemented:
Cleaning / Sanitisation
All equipment will be appropriately cleaned on receipt at our workshop and prior to it’s return. Please do not attempt to clean the equipment yourself unless you are sure you have the appropriate cleaning materials.
Obviously water should be kept away from electronic equipment and many domestic cleaning products are too abrasive for electronic devices.
Collection / Delivery
Like many delivery companies we are observing social distancing on delivery / collection. We will place a pre-sanitised box outside your front door for you to place your equipment into. Our agent will then close the lid and take the box away once you’re back inside the house.
Please DO NOT leave any electronic items outside unattended prior to our arrival.
We’d ask that all payments are made by card, either online or by telephone wherever possible.
We would rather not handle cash or card payments in store, at this time because of the obvious contamination risks.
